Enrolment is open year-round, from Baby Group through to Class 6 (ages 0–12)

Thank you for considering West Coast Steiner School for your child’s education. We understand that finding the right school for your child can be a daunting task and therefore aim to support you as much as possible by making information accessible and guiding you through the application and enrolment process. Call and speak to our friendly Enrolments Team to express interest, book a school tour or ask any questions.

Attend a tour

The best way to learn more about our school is to visit. See our school in action from Baby Group to Class 6 and ask any questions you may have. Tours are held each term and bookings are essential. For available dates click the Book Now button.

Complete an application

After attending a school tour and reviewing the information supplied the next step is to submit an Application Form. Available on the tour, via email, or below, the form contains all details around further documentation required for your application. If you have any trouble filling in the form, feel free to contact us.

Attend an interview

When a place becomes available you will be invited to sit down with members of our teaching staff for an informative conversation. You can get to know one another as you learn how classes are run, and what you can expect your child to experience each day at WCSS.

Review your placement offer

Depending on availability, a formal offer of enrolment is sent to you. Review the offer and call us with any follow-up questions. Upon acceptance, a non-refundable enrolment fee is paid to secure your child’s placement at West Coast Steiner School. Then, we’ll walk you through the next steps.

Fees and Family Support

WCSS is committed to making Steiner education accessible

Annual fees include all camps, excursions and classroom materials. Sibling discounts apply from Kindergarten 4 to Class 6 — 20% for a second child and 75% for third and subsequent children. Families with a valid concession card can apply for a 13% tuition discount. Both are non-means tested and applied through our simple Self-Assessed Discount Form. Families can also reduce their Family Commitment Scheme Levy by volunteering up to 20 hours each year.
